PARKING: You may park one car on the right side of the driveway, closest to the front door. If you have a second car please park at the end of the street in the cul-de-sac, not in front of any neighbor’s property. Please leave the left side of the driveway open!
LOCATION: This fabulous lakefront townhome is in central Fort Collins, conveniently located near the Foothills Mall where you can find shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. Downtown is also only a 15-minute drive from this peaceful getaway.
