We take immense pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of this beautiful home! The home is located in the heart of Fort Collins, 1.5 miles from CSU, Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena. Only 2 miles to Old Town which is home to many brewpubs and local restaurants as well as lots of local shopping, history and art museums. City Park 9 hole golf course is across the street which is great for evening walks and golf or cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. City Park also includes a summer outdoor water park, a huge playground, tennis courts and shelters for picnics. Bike lanes are easily accessible outside the front door and the Poudre River Bike Path is less than 2 miles away. Fort Collins offers electric scooter and bike rentals for around town too. Beautiful Horsetooth Reservoir is 6.5 miles to the west and offers hiking, biking, paddle boards and pontoon boats for rent, boating and water activities. Fort Collins is home to many natural areas full of wildlife and wonderful maintained trails, as well as beautiful parks close by.
