The area is mostly residential in character, but there are still plenty of places to eat, drink and make merry. Blue Pan Pizza Congress Park is popular with locals, East Colfax Avenue is lined with cafes and restaurants ranging from Starbucks to Chik-fil-A to the buzzy Lost Lake Lounge. The neighborhood is also home to an outpost of Denver's popular Tattered Cover bookstore franchise.
