Has its own kitchen, sinks, dishwasher, refrigerator, and laundry room (washer and dryer), living room, and a flat TV. Enough for a family of 4 on vacation. THIS IS A BASEMENT, BUT ALWAYS COOL IN THE SUMMER AND WARM IN THE WINTER.
Guests can access to everything provided for their daily needs, including linen, shampoo... (storage for furnace, water heater, and room for water are off limits to guests.)
We live upstairs, therefore, we can help guests with anything they need.
Erie is a small town under development. Only half an hour to downtown Denver; minutes to neighboring cities such as Northglenn, Broomfield, Thornton, Lakewood, and Boulder, just to name a few. And, you do not need to spend many hundreds, and even thousands of dollars per night renting Boulder to attend events.
