From the main entrance you will walk into the main sitting area with a cozy gas fireplace. The entertainment are is just through the sitting area. Down the hall you will find a formal dining area and newly remodeled kitchen.
Out the back is a lovely patio complete with lights, grill and fire pit and a sitting area to beautiful Colorado evenings and crisp mornings.
The basement has a full size bed with a full size pull out sofa and private attached bath.
Up the stairs are 3 additional bedrooms with queen size beds. The front larger room has an attached bath while the other two rooms share.
