Three beautiful, private outdoor living spaces are surrounded with the beauty of the forest, with a spectacular view of the mountain range. Wildlife is frequently spotted or heard, including deer, elk, owls and foxes.
The Grove is a large 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath private home that is prepared to delight, offer relaxation and promise many special memories.
The luxurious outdoor spaces with fire pits and a hot tub will seep into your soul. The beauty of the mountain range before you, the many Douglas Pines, Ponderosa Pines and Aspen trees that surround you, and the wide variety of wildlife that visit you, will give you special memories of your vacation stay at The Grove.
Indoors, the comfortable beds and luxurious linens are designed for cozy, restful nights. Comfortable seating spaces, two large screen smart TVs, board games and cards will enhance your family and group gatherings. Two dining tables provide seating for 16. Additional dining spaces seat another 6. The spacious kitchen and its top of the line appliances will delight cooks. Gather around the large island for meal prep and cooking demonstrations.
The Grove is less than five minutes to The Barn at Evergreen Memorial Park and The Red Barn. Evergreen Lake House and Downtown Evergreen are less than10 minutes away. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is an easy 25 minute drive (the back way into the venue) through breathtaking Bear Creek Canyon on Hwy 74.
Skiing is as close as an hour’s drive. Denver is 30 minutes away. The best hiking, cycling, lake sports and shops are all minutes away!
October - May: You will need a 4WD/AWD vehicle with 1) real snow tires or 2) all weather tires WITH a traction device, when snow and/or ice are present. If you have all-weather radial tires, you will need to come prepared with chains or an Auto Sock to get to The Grove. Please view the Colorado Traction Law at the Colorado Department of Transportation website.
The Grove has a 3-car garage available for your use. Up to 6 cars are allowed on the property. Be aware that the driveway is not straight, and caution must be exercised when navigating the driveway.
The fees for this property include a $200 hot tub fee. This is a deposit, and will be refunded the day after your departure, less any charges for unusual cleaning or water draining and refilling due to contamination from foreign fluids, if necessary.
