You can hop on the free shuttle that is a 2 minute walk and only 5-mile ride to the Winter Park Resort and Mary Jane base. Or to any other place that you need to go to in town. Start your morning out with a walk or bike ride on Fraser river trail just outside the front door. Visit Hideaway Park, which offers a year-round playground and skate park, with concerts in the summer and sledding in the winter. There is also a park within walking distance with a playground for the kids!

The townhome:
Upon entering the townhome, you will find an open floor plan with a lot of natural light. The living room has 2 large leather couches and a chair that reclines, perfect for curling up in front of the gas fireplace with your favorite book or to watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV with your own accounts.
The beautiful gourmet kitchen, with its quartz counters, stainless appliances, gas range and custom cabinets, has everything you need to prepare any meal. Gourmet cookware for every desired appliance and quality serving dishes allows you to cook as much or as little as you desire. The kitchen bar has seating for three.
The master suite has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and luxurious bedding. The large closet provides plenty of room to unpack and enjoy your stay. The on suite bath has double vanities, a walk-in shower, and everything you could need, from soaps and shampoos to hair dryers.
The second bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress and fabulous bedding. The large closet provides plenty of room to unpack and enjoy your stay. A large TV allows you to watch late at night without bothering quests in the second bedroom on the other side of the unit.
The location:
Centrally located in Winter Park, the condo is walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. A few short blocks away is the Grand Park Rec Center, with swimming pools, a water slide, rock climbing wall, full gym, indoor track and more (access @ renters’ cost). The Foundry, located adjacent to the Rec Center, offers fun for the whole family, with a bowling alley, movie theater and a brick oven pizza bar. You can also walk to Hernandoes for pizza and The Perk for coffee.
Summer activities are endless. In addition to the great hiking and fishing, Winter Park is known as the Mountain Bike Capital of the U.S., with hundreds of miles of trails and home to the renowned Trestle Bike Park. There are four golf courses within a few miles of the unit, and local stables offer guided horseback riding. Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30-minute drive away and are beautiful day trips.
In the winter months, families can enjoy ice skating and tubing in addition to the world class skiing and snowboarding.
Winter Park Resort
Just a 10-minute drive to Winter Park Resort. Also located a brisk 2-minute walk to a free shuttle stop. The Lift Rendezvous Red line comes through the neighborhood during the winter ski season months. You can bike the Fraser River Trail to the resort during the summer months.
Devil’s Thumb Ranch
15-minutes down the road is Devil’s Thumb Ranch, a five star resort. It’s a beautiful property that offers Nordic skiing, fat biking, biking and other activities. There is really no shortage of things to do around here!
Rocky Mountain National Park
In good weather and road conditions Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby Entrance is a forty minute drive.
Fraser Tubing Hill
In the wintertime the Fraser Tubing hill is a seven minute drive. It’s normally open 10am to 10pm during the winter season.
