1) You're renting a home in a neighborhood WITH NEIGHBORS. Please be respectful. If you want total seclusion, you'll need to look 20-30 mins from town.
2) 4pm or later checkin; 10am or earlier checkout. No exceptions as the booking platform does not provide insurance for such stays.
4) Cleaning is expensive here and I want to save you money. The cleaners offered a deal to keep the rates at some of the lowest in town. Guests are asked to start the dishwasher and a load of towels in the washer at checkout. It takes five minutes but saves the cleaners an hour, which saves you money!

We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn't record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors. It's on the living room ceiling.
