This home is pet-friendly! We understand that pets are part of the family, and thus, we welcome well-behaved dogs to join your vacation. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet. Upon request, we provide a dog crate and bowls for your furry friend's comfort. We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
