THE SPACE
The updated kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals with butcher block countertops and new cabinetry. Enjoy dining in the bright eat-in kitchen or outdoors on the private patio during warmer months. Start your days with a cup of coffee or tea on the comfortable patio and afternoons relaxing with a favorite book. In the living room, there is space for the whole family to unwind after a long day exploring Glenwood Springs and the Roaring Fork Valley!
The upper level has three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with plush queen beds, and the third is a bunk room with a twin over a full bed, perfect for kids or adults!

During winter months, an all wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended due to the steep driveway.
