McMillen’s Mountain Retreat is located in the beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountains of Southern Colorado off Highway 160, between Walsenburg & Fort Garland just outside the gate of the Forbes Park community.
Our lodge is divided into two units. Unit #1 is Grand View Lodge offering 1 bedroom and one bath. Unit #2 is Evergreen Lodge offering a two bedrooms with one bath. There is an adjoining door between the units to allow rental of the full duplex bring the total to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 kitchens!
You will enjoy all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, a fireplace, hi speed Internet, smart TV and a comfortable living room. These fully furnished units are beautiful appointed with everything you may need right down to the linens and dishes! Just bring your personal items and food supplies!!
We love the location of our mountain lodge the area offers many outdoor activities and day trips from the Great Sand Dunes, Zapata Falls, San Luis, La Veta, Cuchara, Bear Lake, Blue Lake, Alamosa and many more area attractions. After a busy day come home and relax to one of our gorgeous sunsets!
