2 bedroom, 1 bathroom vacation getaway. 30 day minimum with 3 month maximum. Close proximity to Table Mesa bus transportation, Highway 36, Broadway Blvd, shopping, breweries, and less than 4 miles to CU Campus. Individually owned and looking for short term renters. Access to the Flat Irons and nature trails right down the road. There are also close parks to cross country ski at in the winter. The condo sleeps 4 with the master bedroom including a king bed and walk in closet with a smart t.v. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a dresser and closet. The bathroom has beautiful tile throughout. There is a washer and dryer on premise as well as a rustic burning wood stove and full kitchen with a dishwasher and amenities, also air conditioners in living room and master bedroom for those summer days.
Looking for a reliable short term tenant staying in Boulder to vacation in the Flat Iron mountains or possibly visiting CU campus or just here to enjoy Boulder! At less than VRBO suggested amount a night with $200 cleaning fee for one month, up for discussion for longer.
