After a day of exploring all that Boulder has to offer, unwind in the home's private sauna or in the jetted tub. Both spots in the property are the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. After a relaxing time in the sauna or tub, don't forget to curl up in front of the fireplace in the living room! If you want to sip on some evening cocktails or tea, step out on the deck to enjoy the Colorado sunset as you watch the kids and dogs play in the large, fenced backyard!

Please note, this property does not have central AC. There is a portable ac unit and several fans. Nights are nice and cool here so opening windows at night and closing them in the morning also helps keep the home nice and cool.
