The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a vanity with a large mirror. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a Tassimo coffee maker, a kettle, a blender, as well as dishes, silverware, pots, pans, salt, and pepper. The dining table seats six people. The living room features a sofa, satellite TV, and access to the balcony, which seats four people. The first floor also includes a guest restroom, a coat closet, and an utility room with a washer and dryer (for a fee).
