Our recently renovated apartment is perfect for solo travelers, small families, and those working remotely. Everything that Denver has to offer is just a short bike ride or drive away! UPDATE: Brand new AC Splits have been installed for added comfort!

Upon entering, you'll immediately be greeted with how light, airy, and welcoming our recently renovated 2/1 apartment is. With a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and YouTUBE TV, you'll feel like you're at your home away from home!
Outside:
Enjoy the year round outdoor weather of Denver with our seating for 2. Our well manicured and private space makes it enjoyable on those low key, relaxing nights. For those who are biking enthusiasts - We are conveniently located close to the bike trails that connect you to the city. Getting to the mountains is a breeze with our close location to 6th and I-25.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
Dogs are allowed. We charge a $75 non-refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets, longer stays, and if you are traveling with cats.
This unit is apart of a duplex. Your unit is the main level apartment. The owner resides in the downstairs unit.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund.
