Spend your next vacation in this cozy Ranch House with 7 of your family & friends and bring your favorite pet- cats, dogs & horses. The 2 story, 3 bedroom house is located in Mesa Colorado just minutes away from Powderhorn ski area, the Grand Mesa and it's many lakes and just up the road is Chaulk Mountain to 4WD & Arrowhead Hunt! The entire surrounding area has excellent hunting for trophy Elk, Mule Deer & turkeys. Grand Junction is about 45 minutes away and has great food, concerts and other night life! Take a stroll down Main Street for shopping and indulge in Engstoms Toffee & Icecream. Take a day drive up the National Monument for breath taking views or explore the orchards and the many winerys.
The redwood deck has 6 wide stairs that lead to the ground floor which has the living room, Bedroom #1 with Queen bed, bathroom #1 with tub & shower, the 1/2 bathroom with shower only, washer & dryer as well as the kitchen. There is an outdoor patio for smoking(420 smoker friendly) with a BBQ grill and also the property has an outdoor fire pit. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots & pans, silverware, cooking utensils, a coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, kitchen towels, & paper towels. The narrow & fairly steep staircase up to the second story has Bedroom #2 Queen bed, Bedroom #3 has 3 twin beds & 2 rollaway cotts and Bathroom #2 with tub & shower. Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels & face clothes, cleaning supplies & toilet paper are provided. Bed linens are changed on the 4th day upon request only. Housekeeping for an additional fee of $150.00 is also available upon request. Water is of limited supply so please hang your bath towels & reuse.
