Have fun with the whole family at my brand new 3-story townhome just steps from restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the mountain sunsets from the balcony and the wide open park right across the street. At maximum bed capacity, my place sleeps 8 comfortably and the sofa sleeper and two single chair sleepers can accommodate 4 more. I recommend the extra sleepers for smaller people.
If you like micro-brews, then the Station 26 Brewery around the corner will be something you won't want to miss. I have lots of recreational equipment that is also available to you.

I travel a lot and my beautiful place is available much of the time. I prefer 2 night minimum stays and I make it available for lower rates during the week. If you are lucky enough to snag it for a low rate and it sounds too good to be true, that's because it normally rents for $375 per night and I lower my rates to keep it rented EVERY night I am gone regardless of the rate. Sometimes that means it is really cheap, but I want guests to know I expect rules to be followed and for it to be left the way you found it, tidy.
