Two downstairs bedrooms are furnished with fresh bedding, including linens and towels for you to use during your stay. The downstairs guest suite has a private entry through the backyard. The neighborhood Our house is walking distance from many local parks, restaurants and bars, as well as a short walk or trip to the Denver University light rail station. Despite being so close to the city, our neighborhood is cozy and quiet! Best of both worlds, we think. Other things to note We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Note that our DU-adjacent neighborhood is coded as 1-Hour parking between 8 am-6 pm, so please plan ahead to avoid tickets. We do have a cat that lives in our unit and does not go into the guest suite.
