This 4 bedroom 4 bath house with 2 livings areas plus loft is great for families and entertaining. Layout has main floor great room, kitchen with stainless appliances, dining area (table 8-10), spacious laundry room / mud room with entry from garage. There is also 1 bedroom (King) on the main floor . Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (1w/King, Bunk room,4-5) and a large living area/game room (queen sofa sleeper). Upstairs is the Master bedroom suite(King) and the loft with sitting area(queen sleeper) and office space.
There are 2 decks that provide wonderful entertaining and sunny outdoor living space that includes a gas grill cooking area off the kitchen and a table for 8. After playing all day, enjoy the brand new 8 person hot tub located in a private covered patio area. Other amenities include large covered entry, marble countertops throughout, steam shower, oversized 2 car heated garage for your vehicles and gear and plenty of off street guest parking.
