Our home is located in the heart of Grand Junction. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with a basketball court and lake with walking trail. Close to hospital and airport and only a couple miles from downtown. The house has large vaulted ceilings, 2 family rooms and a great tree house in the back! Plenty of space for multiple families, guys trip or girls trip! The kitchen is built for cooking and entertaining! Wine cooler is also located in kitchen with a double oven!
