The finished basement includes one more bedroom / bathroom, wet bar, living room, craft room, and fitness space.
Backyard features a covered patio with hot tub, outdoor seating, and grill.

The Jacuzzi is a soaking tub and not equipped with jets. It came from a local refurbisher who helps prevent working tubs from otherwise ending up in the dump!
We ask guests who are staying during trash day to assist with bringing out / retrieving garbage bins from the curb. We and future guests appreciate your help here.
Serious damage or messes that require extra cleaning (way beyond the ordinary) will be fined accordingly (usually rare). House is photographed after every cleaning and before every arrival.
Early check-in and/or late check-out can be requested and will be granted based on availability, for one flat fee of $25 (per each).
