The second master suite, complete with vaulted ceilings and a private balcony, is also located on this floor.
Lower Level: Features a third bedroom and additional sleeping options, including asleeper sofain the open space at the base of the stairs. Access: Guests have access to all three levels of the home and thegarage, which can accommodate one car. The paved driveway is steep, with parking for a maximum of three vehicles.

However, access to the lake and community areas is reserved for members only and strictly enforced.
