This beautiful basement is newly renovated and completely comfy and clean it has two queen beds and single bathroom,kichen ,free wifi , washer and dryer(who stays morethan 5 days). our basement don't have a private entrance but has entrance through garage door that only serve guests . our location are 10 minutes from Denver airport ,university hospital and 20 minutes away from Denver downtown. Mile away from grocery store, restaurants and public transportation . WE DO NOT ALLOW TO USE MARIIJUANA ON OUR PROPERTY.
