Propane powered indoor heater and cooking burner, outdoor grill, and outdoor propane fire pit.* Kitchenette stocked with kettle / percolator, cups, plates, pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, and more. Grilling on the deck in this serene wilderness is a great way to spend an evening.* The bathroom has a tub and a sink which both drain. * Provided shower bag can be used in the shower or the two sinks. * Water is not provided, you must bring your own.* Composting toilet with extra TP.* Small battery lamp with extra batteries and candles.* Private area on 4 acres, neighbors are far away but please be respectful!* An 8'x10' ft inside space provides all you need for 2 people and the deck has all the dance floor you need at about triple that size!* Outdoor seatings and dinner table setting.* Sounds of the Platte River.* Please see the map images to see where to park for your vehicle (2x4 / 4x4).* Unfortunately, no pets allowed only because the neighbor has a dog that walks around and will bark a lot.--- IMPORTANT INFO ---* No fires allowed* No running water, but there is a provided water bag for the sink / shower. * There is no electricity, indoor lights are battery operated and outdoor lights are solar powered.
