Summary: Room was dirty, toilet was leaking, homeless people outside the hotel causing problems and cops showed up multiple times while we stayed there, room key did not work multiped times, changed rooms, got charged an extra fee for "good vibes and art" around the hotel, asked for refund on this and they said no, no compensation for any of the issues we were having.. No shuttle service from airport. Front desk was not knowledgeable multiple interactions with different staff, and everyone was on a different page and gave wrong information. I will never go back, it was awful.
