Harmony Homes Montereau sits in the Loire Valley near Orléans, between the Orléans Forest and the first châteaux of the Loire. The main house is built around two staircases, which naturally gives it two wings and lets each part of the group settle in without getting in each other's way. Two of its bedrooms open one into the other, so you walk through the first to reach the second: ideal for parents with children, or two people who know each other well. And just in front of the house, the pavilion is a large bedroom in its own right, over two levels: a double bed and a bathroom downstairs, two single beds upstairs.

The main house is organised around two staircases and two connected wings: on one side the kitchen, the dining room with its big table where everyone dines together, a living room with fireplace and 4 bedrooms (2 of them opening one into the other); on the other a second living room, a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms. Enough room for everyone to find their own rhythm without leaving the house. A few steps away in the park, a separate pavilion holds one large bedroom over two levels: a double bed on the ground floor, two single beds upstairs.
