Welcome to paradise. This cozy and elegant home is located in the quiet gated golf course community of Aspen Glen. and custom features through out. Well situated 3 miles from Carbondale Town Center. Get the quiet expansive views of the Valley while enjoying all the conveniences of amenities within a 5 minute drive. A 30 mile highway drive to Ski Aspen, Snowmass and Highlands. And 30 miles to Ski Sunlight. A 1 hour drive will also get you to Vail. My house has 3 bedrooms. The Master is located on the main level and has a Queen bed, new smart TV and has a lovely two person jetted tub in bathroom for those snowy nights. The Second and 3rd bedrooms are upstairs and share a Jack and Jill bath. One bedroom has a Queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has twin beds. I do allow pets with prior permission. Wildlife frequently roam the neighborhood. The only thing you will be disappointed in is that you can't stay longer. I look forward to your visit.
