Bring your family or group and settle in for fun, adventure, and relaxation at our beautiful Bonita Home! This is a great place to enjoy on its own or to use as a home base for the many adventures awaiting you in the Colorado Front Range! Our home can accommodate up to 15 guests. Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom and second bedroom both with King-sized beds, and the bunk room with a twin over queen bunk with a twin trundle and a separate twin bed, able to sleep five in all. In the main floor TV/family room you’ll find a sofa pullout which sleeps two. The lower level has 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a King-sized bed and a single daybed and the other has a queen-sized bed. During the day there is plenty of room for you to gather together or to spread out and enjoy various activities. Indoors, you’ll find 2 family rooms, a basement game room (with games, a ping pong table, and a foosball table), 2 dining rooms (each comfortably seating 6), and a fully equipped kitchen for feeding and entertaining your group.This great gathering place also has high speed internet, cable TV, a DVD player, and two washers and dryers. Outside in the front yard you can relax on the wonderful tree swing or you can gather in our fenced backyard with outside patio table (seats 6), casual pergola-shaded patio with seating for 5, and a cozy fire pit. When you want to venture further afield, our neighborhood park is a short walk away. It has a playground, a fishing pond, bike and walking paths, and several sports fields. We are also a 10 minute walk from a movie theater, bowling ally, rock climbing wall, Starbucks, a grocery store, and the Max bus station. The Max bus is convenient public transport straight through the heart of Fort Collins, past the Colorado State University campus and into Old Town where there are tons of great restaurants, quaint shops, art galleries and a museum. One mile from Bonita is the Foothills Mall, which has great restaurants and popular shops and as well as another movie theatre. A 10-15 minute drive into the foothills takes you to Horsetooth Reservoir where there is fishing, hiking, boating, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding and more. West of the reservoir is Lory State Park which offers even more great outdoor activities. Come gather, relax, enjoy and explore at our Bonita Home!
