Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room grant you spectacular views at every point of the day. The space also hosts ample seating, a TV, and a gas fireplace. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped to impress any chef with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, a large pantry, plenty of counter space and everything you may need to whip up hearty meals from home. Additional kitchenware like a toaster, coffee maker, and wine ware are all available for your convenience.
The large kitchen island with 4 barstools is ideal for extra prep space or the area to entertain and mingle while enjoying an evening with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Steps away, indulge in more formal dining at the table for 8 or more.
Step out onto the large deck with BBQ, and outdoor fire pit. The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably in 4 generous bedrooms. Each room offers cozy linens, is fully furnished and has its own private bathroom to ensure everyone has a comfortable, stay.
Bedroom #1, located on the main floor, is appointed with a Queen bed, deck access, TV, and ensuite. The en-suite is outfitted with dual sinks, a separate shower and a large soaking tub.
Bedroom #2, features an ensuite full bath located on the 3rd floor, with a Queen bed and TV.
Bedroom# 3, also featuring an ensuite full bath located on the 3rd floor, is configured with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, and Twin bed.
Bedroom #4, located on the 1st floor, is made up of 2 Twin beds and features an ensuite bathroom with shower.
There is another 1/2 bathroom off the living room area. All bathrooms are fully stocked to accommodate guests.
The property is just 10-minutes from the Breckenridge Ski Resort and 2.7 miles from the Quicksilver Superchair. In the warmer months, enjoy a round at Breckenridge Golf Club, located just 10-minutes away, a day at the Dillon Reservoir, less than 15-miles from the home or one of the many amazing hiking trails.
Downtown is just 10-minutes and is lined with shops, restaurants, and specialty stores. For those who want to venture to surrounding cities, Denver is an approximately 1.5 -hour drive and an easy day trip.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- A treehouse with a slide is located in the backyard of the property. It’s an exciting bonus for kids and teens. Please be aware usage is at your own risk.
- NO smoking on the property, this includes inside and outdoors. This is a strict policy and failure to abide by the rules will result in a fine.
- We take great pride in our home and the upkeep of our furniture. We ask that you please use coasters on all furniture to prevent staining/damage.
- Pets are not permitted in the home. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Parking spaces for 3 vehicles in the driveway.
- Please note - the max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines.
- The owner has 3 cameras on the property. One by the garage, one on the back deck and the front door has a ring camera.
