Summary: The motel is in a perfect location. Right off of Boulder Creek. There is a park along Boulder Creek right across the street and easy access to the Red Rocks Trail of Boulder that goes through some really neat rock formations. The motel is very rustic. It was built in 1933 and probably has the original wood paneling. While I have no complaints about the main room (with beds (which were comfortable) and desk, the bathroom needs help. Our sink was stopped up, took forever to drain. The tub/shower surround and tub/shower were dirty. And the tub/shower surround very definitely needed to be replaced, or at least re-caulked. The shower pressure however was great and the water did not pool while taking a shower.
