Patio below with two bedrooms and "chill room"...options for exercise, games, movies, pull-out couch, twin bed. Garage has two car parking. Quiet neighborhood. One mile from Redlands Golf Course, Lunch Loops, and Colorado Monument. This is my home when not rented. It has full amenity kitchen, usually with all the staples, frozen items, even left overs...etc. Comfortable, clean and safe!
