My home is brand new as it was built in 2022, and I am the first owner (bought in Sept. 2023). I live on the first floor with a separate side entrance to give you full privacy. You will enter the unit through the front door with a private hallway that takes you directly up to the second floor.
2nd Floor:
The kitchen, dining room, and living room with a private balcony looking out at Jefferson Park are all on the second floor. The living room has a smart TV with cable and all streaming apps and a Sofa Bed. There is an electric fireplace in the dining room with a remote that enables you to control the temperature and colors of flames. Modern appliances and furniture throughout.
3rd Floor:
The bedrooms and laundry are on the third floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with a spacious walk-in closet, a large balcony overlooking the park, and cable TV. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and both bedrooms contain beautiful ensuite bathrooms.

The entire rooftop is your private patio space with outdoor furniture, a gas fireplace, and a gas grill. The patio gives 360-degree views of the city skyline, Empower Field, and the mountains.
