Summary: So, during the prebooking 'special request' section when I made the reservation I feel was completely overlooked or ignored. Did request a top floor room if avail but also a request to be nowhere near the elevators. Assigned room was 2nd floor which turned out okay I guess in lieu of the 4th, but the room was the absolute closest to the elevators so had to listen to those all night and people talking outside them in the AM which is what the request I made I was trying to avoid. First time ever in a Fairfield and pretty bummed the room requests were not taken into consideration. Staff at the front desk was very nice still. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
