We LOVE our home and hope you will as well. We always say how comfortable it is, especially the king bed in the Master. Our couch is almost too comfortable, and our large Samsung TV is a bit too easy to watch for hours. We have a small front porch great for people & dog watching, as well as a little side patio. My favorite part of the home has to be the extra large Master Closet, it is ~ 6 ft wide by 15 feet long and has its own window... I KNOW, right? We installed a full Elfa closet system and drawers from the container store and you could literally use this as an extra bedroom for a small child. If there's one thing I can say about our home is that it has a TON of nice, natural light from all the windows. There is a full Laundry room just a few feet outside the Master Bedroom. The 2nd two bedrooms (1 Queen Bed, 1 Full bed) are on the next floor and share a bathroom with a tub. The 3rd bedroom can be set up as either a bedroom, office, or combination of the two, please let us know which you'd prefer. There is a full basement that can be available for renters renting longer than 6 months, otherwise, this will be set aside as our "owners closet". We are the first owners of this home and love it to pieces. We take good care of it, and as our first renters, we hope you will, as well. Our listing says no pets, however, we are willing to negotiate this on a case-by-case basis.
