Centrally located, you’ll be a quick drive from Boulder, Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Eldora Mountain Resort, Eldorado Canyon, Rocky Mountain National Park, and the University of Colorado campus.
The home features two inviting bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom. The primary bath includes a spacious walk-in shower, while the guest bath highlights a beautifully restored original clawfoot tub—perfect for a relaxing soak. Additional sleeping space is available via sofa beds in both the living room and lounge.
The fully updated kitchen boasts high-end appliances including a gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a dedicated coffee bar. The cozy lounge is perfect for winding down, complete with a bar and vintage turntable for spinning your favorite vinyl.
Step outside to a private, fenced backyard featuring a “She Shed” with a vintage fridge, a flagstone patio, fire pit, tranquil pond, and a classic 1970 Airstream (not available for guest use). Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails from the charming front porch, with views of local little league games just across the street.
