Welcome to the Empire Escape. This is a roomy, 3-bedroom home with offering panoramic views of iconic, majestic Colorado mountains. The home is located on a scenic drive that goes to Winter Park and onto Grandby.
This home was just renovated utilizing reclaimed beetle wood. This wood is what gives the home its western atmosphere.
You will love our fully equipped kitchen! Plenty of space to prepare a meal from simple to gourmet. There is a BBQ grill on the back deck.
Relax upstairs in front of the wide screen TV or downstairs in front of the wood stove - perfect for chilly evenings together. The downstairs has a game room, offering air hockey or ping pong. Great for family tournaments. Don't forget about the large back yard where the kids can run around, while the parents sit on the large back deck.
Located in the mountain town of Empire Colorado. Empire is a former mining settlement that flourished during the Colorado Silver Boom in the late 19th century. Nestled in between Idaho Springs and Georgetown, and minutes away from both, Empire is now a growing residential community that has a great brew pub, shops and coffee shops.
Loveland Ski is only 20 minutes, Winter Park is 40 minutes, and Breckenridge is less than a 50 minute drive. Come and stay and enjoy the iconic foothills of the Rockies.

PARKING:
The driveway will allow parking for up to 2 cars and then there is street parking for 2 additional cars.
**HOUSE RULES:
Maximum occupancy: 6 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib (not provided). Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
During the months of November through April a 4 wheel drive vehicle is required.
No smoking in the home. / No parties or events without prior written approval.
Pets are considered. Please contact us concerning your pet staying. There is a $250 additional cleaning fee if it is found that a pet has been present during your stay.
Video monitoring is in use via a Ring Doorbell.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date to receive 100% refund. If cancellation occurs 14 days or more prior to arrival date a refund of 50% will occur. Any cancellation thast occures with less than 14 days prior to check in there will not be any refund. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 14 -DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT.
