Due to the naturally high mineral content in the region, some guests may notice an earthy “mountain sulfur” scent from time to time. Rest assured, the water is treated with a state-of-the-art filtration system and is regularly tested to ensure it meets quality and safety standards. Most guests don’t notice anything unusual, but we prefer to mention it up front so you can fully enjoy the authentic mountain living experience.

Located just 35 minutes from Breckenridge, this retreat is best accessed by car. We strongly recommend a 4x4 vehicle in winter for safe and reliable travel.
