• Located just 1/2 mile from Colorado Highway 9 for easy access to Fairplay, Alma and Breckenridge. Please note that this short distance is still a dirt road and AWD/4WD and proper snow tires are required for winter access.
• Breckenridge, estimated drive time 30 minutes, 19 miles: Features the Carter Park sledding hill, high end shops and restaurants.
• Alma, 5 minutes, 3.5 miles: Has a bakery, liquor store, food cart (Otto's, it is excellent), coffee shop, saloon, dispensaries, a few art galleries.
• Fairplay, 5 minutes, 3.3 minutes: Grocery store, liquor store, coffee shops, lunch and dinner options, two breweries, a distillery, several shops and a cute downtown area plus other basic amenities.
WINTER ACTIVITIES:

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
