Spanned across three levels is this beautiful 2-bedroom/3-bathroom condo in a quiet building surrounded by lush forest. This mountain townhome backs up to Burgess Creek and is across the street to some of Steamboat Ski Resort's best hiking and biking trails. The free winter shuttle will bring you to the base area or will allow you to skip all the lines by dropping you off at the Thunderhead chair lift!
Entering Winterwood 10, you will be immediately taken by the modern, mountain decor. There is a large storage area for all of your outdoor toys.
You will be able to enjoy your evenings in the living room in front of the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. You will love the large plush couch that could comfortably sleep one. Just outside of the living room, relax in the quiet mountain landscape around the gorgeous firepit while you grill up some food on the gas-powered grill.
The well-furnished kitchen is stocked up with everything you need to cook a delicious meal for the whole family including dishware, silverware, pots/pans and utensils. There is room for four at the dining room table as well as an additional two at the bar top. Around the corner from the kitchen you will find a full bathroom conveniently on the main level.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom overlooking large windows equipped with a cozy king bed and a flat screen TV. You will find the washer and dryer here in the large master closet along with plenty of storage for all of your belongings. This master bedroom has an enormous en-suite bathroom including a gorgeous shower, sauna, and alluring tub. The perfect place to pamper yourself after a long powder day.
Downstairs on the lowest level is the second bedroom which is outfitted with a snug queen bed & a daybed with twin trundle that will sleep an additional 2. There is also a large walk in closet and a sitting area with a flat screen TV. Additionally, there are two small cots that can be pulled out for additional sleeping for two. Attached is a sizeable en-suite bathroom with plenty of space and a beautifully remodeled shower.

In the winter, there is a complimentary ski shuttle running on a loop to the Thunderhead chair lift and Steamboat Resort base area. The shuttle runs consistently from 8am - 10:30am and 2:30pm - 5pm. Shuttle service dates are from December 17th to March 19th.
