The Space: We are happy to offer what we believe is a top quality option for exploring Denver. While this neighborhood is a stone's throw from numerous dining and drinking options, you are provided with a fully equipped kitchen to make home-cooked meals. Kitchen includes an electric stove, utensils, coffee maker, and toaster oven. There is one bedroom which includes a Queen size bed perfect for two. In the den, there is desk and a futon provided which makes this room easily converted into a second bedroom for another person or two. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed as well. We provide enough pillows and blankets to comfortably convert the pull outs and make your stay as relaxing as possible! Guest Access: Guests can access the entire home. The Neighborhood: What is nice about our location is that you are in close proximity to all Denver has to offer, but you are away from the chaos. We are only 4.5 miles Northwest of downtown. Only 2 miles from the popular Highlands neighborhood which features some of the best eateries Denver has to offer. We are also situated right next to Denver's Sunnyside and Berkeley neighborhood which offers boutique shopping, great drinks, and food! Hop in an uber and you will at any of the places mentioned in less than 10 minutes. We are situated right by I-70 which offers an easy commute to Boulder, Golden, and the beautiful Rocky Mountains! Getting Around: For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber. There is also a few community share programs for cars, such as Turo and Car2Go.
