I am going to be very direct. If you don't appreciate taxidermy, do not stay here. The last thing I want is a crappy review because you didn't bother to look at the photos of my home and then you don't like the decor.
I spend a lot of time cleaning to make my home immaculate for you, but please also understand that my children and I live here when you are not here. We have been remodeling things as we can but some items on the to-do list have yet to be done (such as painting the trim, etc.). It is not perfect but it has come a long way since we moved in, and anything outstanding is just cosmetic.
With an eclectic farmhouse vibe, our cozy home is perfect for you and your family or friends. Our newly remodeled home is on a quiet cul-de-sac like street full of mature trees and well maintained properties. Close to DIA, there is easy access to the highway and dining options right here in Brighton.
Headed to the mountains for a day-trip? No problem, we are right off of Hwy 76 which runs into I-70...you can be in the mountains in an easy 30-40 minutes. Downtown Denver (20-30 min) - Red Rocks (30-40 min). Our neighborhood has several parks if you want to go for a walk, and the grocery store is only 1/2 a mile away. DIA is only 15 minutes from the house!
Our sprawling backyard has new sod, landscaping, a firepit area nestled in aspens, garden area, outdoor dining, hammock, lawn games, great for relaxing and cooking on the grill! Please keep all smoking to outdoor areas only (ashtrays are provided).
Our full kitchen has everything you need including an instantpot, crockpot, coffee pot, blender, etc. Our large comfortable couch can seat the whole family and we have a selection of dvds to choose from - perfect for movie night!
All bedrooms have tvs you can stream to, fans, and blackout curtains. The two smaller bedrooms have desks and closet space. We can sleep up to 6!
Both bathrooms have a tub and shower and super soft robes and towels for your use. The Master bath has a separate water closet for the toilet and a double vanity.
We hold cleanliness to a high standard.
A few housekeeping things -
- I do not allow 3rd party bookings. Whomever makes the reservation needs to be one of the people listed for the duration of the reservation. Please make sure to list the correct number of people coming.
- My home is not "child proof" so no children under 10 please.
- Our home is comfortable and can accommodate up to 6 comfortably, but no more than that. No parties or get-togethers with anyone outside the reservation please.
