The space
This 2 story condo features a lower story living room, bathroom, dining room, coat closet, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The living room has a smart TV for you to watch movies or listen to great music. It also boasts a spacious balcony located off of the dining area for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine. The space is completely private and it provides 2 upper level bedrooms with an ensuite master bathroom, guest bathroom with a tub, and lots of closet space to store your luggage or sporting equipment.

Guests have access to all areas in the Condo except the owner's closet in the living room.
Interaction with guests
Guests have complete privacy yet the owner is only a text message away to answer any questions. Rides to Red Rocks shows (or other areas), hot springs and/or dispensary tours, rides to and from the airport are available for an extra charge depending on availability. Just ask :)
Other things to note
This property is accessible in any season and there are fun things to do anytime of the year. The road is plowed at the same time as the highways in the winter season, but an AWD car is recommended if snow is expected. You will be provided with menus and guides to experience the most of this beautiful state! Free Wifi is given and you will be provided with the information once you arrive. Light refreshments are provided upon check-in and a continental breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, bagels, cream cheese, and fresh fruit is provided to start the morning! Please use the Keurig and coffee or tea pods as you wish. One body towel, hand towel, and washcloth will be provided for the duration of your stay between one to five nights. Fresh towels will be provided after 5 nights. Should you prefer additional towels during your stay, please let us know so that we may accommodate you better.
