Convenient and centrally located with easy access to I-70 and just 12 minutes to downtown Grand Junction’s unique local shops, restaurants, Thursday evening farmers market (summer and spring) and various fine-art exhibits.
The quaint town of Palisade is just a short 10 minute drive, which is home to a great brewery, multiple wineries and a wonderful Saturday farmers market (in spring and summer). Colorado National Monument and the Grand Mesa are also nearby (45 minute drive).
The highlight of this beautiful home is the open living space surrounded by walls of windows with beautiful views of the Grand Mesa that bring the outdoors in!

The Primary Suite has king size bed with top-rated Tuft and Needle mattress and its own private en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower and closet as well two additional guest bedrooms with a queen and one or two twin beds or an additional king size bed (pull out trundle underneath-for two twin beds or put them together for a king equivalent) and an additional shared full bathroom!
