The home offers 2 large Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Kitchen, Living / Dining Room, hardwood floors throughout in over 1,410 ft². We've updated and always maintain very high cleaning standards. The Living Room is inviting with the wood-burning fireplace and 42' LED TV and DVD player. The adjacent Dining Area provides seating for 4-6.
Best of all, our NEIGHBORHOOD is simply one of the BEST in the entire city! We are incredibly central to most everything in Denver and the walkability of our mature tree-lined streets is fantastic for exploring some of the most beautiful homes in ALL of Denver.
We are a convenient 12 minute drive from Downtown, walking distance to Cherry Creek, Parks, Restaurants, Shopping, about 35 minutes to Denver International Airport and 15 minutes to the I-70 West corridor for access to the Rocky Mountains. It just doesn’t get any better!
Off street AND street parking, however the Garage is not available at this time.

* 4 Guest Maximum overnight occupancy
* 8 Guest + Visitors Maximum occupancy all times
* Events / parties are NOT permitted
* We are respectful of our neighbors so excessive noise/disturbance may result in termination
* Pets are NOT permitted. We love em but some guests have had issues..... sorry
* Check-in is 4pm / Check-out is 11am though we WILL make every effort to accommodate your schedule whenever cleaning and maintenance allows
