Large and comfortable family home with four bedrooms, den, office, four and a half bathrooms. The home was newly renovated in 2014. It is located on Triangle park, which is one of the most desired locations in all of Aspen. Close enough to walk or ride a bike to town or the music tent. Also convenient access to shuttle bus which drops off at the base of the gondola and the music tent. This is a perfect family house to enjoy all that Aspen has to offer in both Summer and Winter. Main floor has a den, open living/dining area and newly renovated kitchen with Viking appliances and walk in pantry. A guest room with two single beds and ensuite shower/bathroom. Two car garage, and backyard with BBQ with dining table and chairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a den/office. One guest room has a bunk bed and extra mattress to sleep 3-4. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom is large with views of the mountain. Master bath has a claw foot tub and a shower/steam. The entire house is above grade and filled with light.
