Spacious and comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment. The unit has a seperate entrance through the backyard and is complete seperate from the rest of the house. If you need to work, there is a dedicated workspace with a comfortable desk chair.
The private entrance is through the shared backyard and down the side stairs. During the summer there is a sectional and patio table. There is also grill you are welcome to use all year long. There is access to the laundry room which is shared with the upstairs apartment.

This apartment is the basement level of the home. There is an upstairs apartment where guests may enter through the backyard. The units are seperated by a solid door in the basement which is dead bolted on both sides.
There is no temperature control in the basement apartment. Air vents can be open or closed depending on your comfort level. During the summer guests usually keep them closed since it stays cool. The winter time they are kept open to allow heat when it’s on. There is a fan and portable heater in the bedroom closet, if needed.
There is a low spot in the bathroom so if you are taller than 6’2” you will need to watch your head.
