Just 2 km from the house, Lake Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle awaits you with its family-friendly activities.<br><br>We’ve thought of everything to ensure you have an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Basque hills!<br><br>On the first floor, a large 82-square-meter living room offers various relaxation areas, equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth sound system, and direct access to the pool.<br><br>The fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a wide variety of dishes and utensils, etc.) features a breakfast bar that opens onto the living-dining area.
