We also have large herds for elk that winter all over this area...one of the wildlife viewing gems of Colorado!!

The home, located in the safe gated community of Warm Springs Ranch, is nestled in a private and mature aspen grove on one side and has breathtaking expansive views of South Park on the other... your retreat from the endless traffic! This home offers the very best of Colorado. The luxurious 2,100 square foot, 2 story custom crafted home is a 2 minute walk to 5 beautiful fishing ponds that are stocked year round with trout and is only 10 minutes from the historic gold mining town of South Park.
The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and offers everything you would need for a comfortable mountain retreat. This newly constructed home was built in 2016 and the home has been decorated with more of a rustic modern décor and furnishings, top of the line appliances, and all the amenities of today’s luxuries like Wi-Fi, cable TV and Bluetooth.
The Master Bedroom resides on the top level with a queen bed and room to use a blow-up mattress if needed. The Master Bedroom features cable TV, an oversized jetted tub, separate shower with seat, and separate water closet for privacy. The top level also has a small loft with breathtaking views out the large windows and a perfect spot to sit to enjoy a good book. This is also a perfect spot to send the kids to play a board game, color, or play with toys.
The main level is equipped with 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and a pack-and-play in the right bedroom closet. This level also offers a full bathroom with double sinks. The Great Room is also fitted with wood paneled cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace framed with a custom rock wall, and entertainment center with a large flat screen, cable TV and a DVD player. The Great Room opens into the large Kitchen and Dining Room which seats 6 at the table and seating for an additional 3 guests at the island in the Kitchen
Our beautifully designed kitchen is equipped with enough to prepare a variety of meals from Christmas Dinner, to quick everyday meals, and ski and hiking snacks to go… remember Breckenridge is only about 30 minutes away. A complete dinner service for 12 is available and the kitchen has a smooth surface glass range, a convection oven, microwave, double-door refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Many conveniences such as a crock pot, coffee maker, a blender, toaster, and a stocked spice cabinet, oils, syrup, and some condiments which make cooking a breeze. Don’t forget the horseshoe pit, the many games located in the linen closet, kids coloring books, and plenty of cards located in the left drawer of the dining room side board. There is also a fully equipped laundry room for your convenience.
Our home is literally steps away from national forest and you are surrounded with lots of wildlife, like elk, deer, moose, antipope, many species of birds and wonderful hiking trails nearby. If fishing is your passion, or even if it’s your first time, there are multiple stocked trout ponds available within a 5 minute walk up Warm Springs Road. South Park is also known for world renowned fishing in the “Dream Stream.” The town of Fairplay is only minutes away from Warm Springs with a close drive to a grocery store, plenty of highly rated restaurants, shopping, antiquing and to any kind outdoor activity your heart would desire in the high country: hiking, skiing, fishing, white water rafting, ATV trails, mountain biking, snowshoeing, hunting and 4 of the most sought after 14ers within 20 minutes, and beautiful drives over multiple mountain passes.
