On the main floor, you'll find a primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom as well as a second powder bathroom. On the second level, there are two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom and an additional dedicated workspace. You'll also have access to the spacious deck with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture on this level.
The lower level features an additional large bedroom with a trundle bed, as well as an "office" with a queen bed, a full bathroom, kids' areas, and a secondary living room with a TV and day bed.
You'll have the privilege of enjoying the entire home, including all three levels, the side yard, garage, front yard, side patio with a hot tub, and second-level deck.
