On the main level there is a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast nook and an adjoining family room with a 55" Roku smart TV and electric fireplace. Past the kitchen you will find dining room that seats 6-8 people, living room with coaches and electric fireplace. Across the main level living room there is a bedroom with queen size memory foam mattress and a small bedside desk. Also on the main level there are 2 half baths and a laundry room.
Dining room can be used for your business meetings (there is a TV on the wall and a free-standing dry-erase board stored in the garage).
Upstairs there is the master bedroom with king-size memory foam mattress, 55" Roku smart tv, electric fireplace and designated study area. Master bathroom has double sink vanity, free-standing tub, shower and a closet. 2nd Bedroom has 2 Bunk beds (full-size bottoms and twin-size tops) and a second full bathroom next door.
The basement is fully furnished with a 65" Roku smart tv in the media room, billiards room with pool table, and board games, Basement bedroom has King Size bed and a small bedside table. Basement bathroom has a step-in shower.
This house can sleep 10 people comfortably (2 King-size beds, 1 Queen-size bed, 2 Full-size beds, and 2 Twin-size beds) plus 2 additional guests who will not mind sleeping on couches (in main level living room and basement living room).
This house is located within walking distance to the historic Broadmoor Hotel. It is a 5-minute drive to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, with an elevation of 6,800 feet above sea level, it is the highest zoo in America and ranked the #4 best zoo in North America. For those visiting the Air Force Academy, it is a short 25-minute drive. Close to downtown and Old Colorado City, both have plenty of local shops and restaurants. An 18-minute drive will take you to Cave of the Winds located near the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Tours of the cave are given daily. 16 minutes in your car will take you to the famous Garden of the Gods, where you can ride a bike or take a walk on the trails.
